ABOUT THE JOB
FMI has an outstanding opportunity for an Alliance Management professional to manage and support FMI’s partnership with Flatiron Health (FH). Through their 5 year partnership, FMI and FH have jointly created a landmark clinicogenomic database, which contains nearly 50,000 genomic profiles paired with longitudinal clinical annotations (including treatments, response, and survival). Associate Director, Alliance Management directs efforts relating to FMI’s partnerships to ensure delivery on existing commitments and to manage partnership expansion during product portfolio growth.
Additionally, the position directs the strategy for product marketing, assesses potential markets, develops pricing strategies and assists personnel in the function with tactical planning. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to work broadly across the organization and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, most notably with the Data Products Team, Biopharma and senior management. The Alliance Management role will be responsible for partner communication and coordination, both to ensure delivery on existing commitments and also to manage partnership expansion as the product portfolio and opportunity landscape grow and expand. The individual in this role will need to exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong tactical thinking, and the ability to navigate the organizational culture and teams at both FMI and FH.
The Alliance Management professional will work on a variety of different programs and enjoy the opportunity to advance projects in the context of a vibrant environment and a rapidly evolving field. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will be critical to success.
