About the Job
The Associate Program Manager, Information Technology works closely with the Program / Senior Program Manager to establish adequate program support for the dedicated workstream. The incumbent organizes and motivates Agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in their projects and provide exceptional business value to users, and mentors project managers on best practices. The Assoc Program Manager is responsible for supporting change and Agile transformations, exercises strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills in managing multiple competing demands impacting teams. The role relies heavily on a blend of traditional project management practices with an Agile development approach for FMI’s complex, enterprise-level projects. Using the right balance of agility and predictability, the role helps FMI be efficient both with new releases and enhancements to the products that are transforming cancer care.
