Digital Campaigns & Reporting Manager

About the Job

The Digital Campaigns & Reporting Manager is responsible for coordinating our various digital mediums and assist FMI in reaching its commercial goals. The Digital Campaigns & Reporting Manager analyzes user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. This role plays a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base, and improving user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in digital tactics such as paid advertising, marketing automation, CMS updates, tagging, display trafficking and measurement, and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop a wide range of campaign ideas and solutions as they apply to the overall marketing strategies.
  • Establish and manage all necessary key digital infrastructure for applicable projects/clients (campaign accounts, analytics, tagging, etc.).
  • Evaluate and and pivot with enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Manage digital channels and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Manage designated digital projects, clients or tactics – including ensuring adherence to best practice approach and key specifications. These include paid advertising, email marketing deployments, measurement setup, display media trafficking, and others to be determined.
  • Assist in planning email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Lead performance analysis across digital properties, including website, channel and content analytics, customer journeys, and performance across different audience segments.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of asset.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Hubspot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Optimize SEO.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years experience managing digital marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CMS such as WordPress, Drupal
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, SalesForce
  • Experience working with metrics tools like Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with PHP or similar server-side scripting language a plus
  • Graphic design familiarity with knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop & Adobe Illustrator and understanding digital image formats
  • Familiarity with version-control systems
  • Ability to create and modify landing page layouts from scratch and implement in CMS
  • Business acumen about current and future issues that could affect the organization
  • Self-starter and independent worker, allowing for continual learning & growth in order to successfully fulfill job requirements
  • Team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments – helping to educate and mentor digital best practices across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, facilitation, research, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
