To encourage employees to refer new talent for open positions within Foundation Medicine, the referring employee will receive an award up to $10,000, less applicable taxes, once the new employee reaches his/her 90th day of employment at FMI.
Minimum $5,000 bonus for all roles, including part-time and up to $10,000 bonus for manager level role and above (or equivalent). Amount can be confirmed with Talent Acquisition Partner. Global Referral bonus amounts will be converted to the Euro exchange rate. Bonuses will be paid the month following 90th day of employment on the next pay period.
You are eligible for the new referral program if you meet the following criteria:
Full-time, part-time or temporary employee that is paid through Foundation Medicine
You are not eligible if you meet the following criteria:
If you are at the VP level or above
Supervisors and managers responsible for the hiring of the position
Employees whose job functions include Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
If you are no longer an active employee on your referrals 90th day of employment
Contract Employees/1099 Employees
Not every referral will qualify for the ERP. Your referral does not qualify if they:
Have an active resume/ profile on Foundation Medicine’s Applicant Tracking System (ORC) in the 12 months prior to ERP submission
Are hired as a contractor
Are hired as an intern
Are an intern who is now applying as a regular full-time employee
Are an internal transfer from FMI/Roche/Genentech
