Unleashing the Potential Leadership & Impact of Female Talent

UPLIFT is a network to support females, and those who identify as female, at all levels.

UPLIFT was officially launched with an all-day Summit to discuss women’s professional and personal development, diversity, and leadership. Our colleague Daphney shared her thoughts on the day’s impact.

This year’s Summit was action-packed with nationally acclaimed speakers, presentations, workshops, vignettes from our employees and networking opportunities.

While attending the summit, our Chief Scientific Officer Priti Hegde discussed the importance of mentorship and the power of having a diversified team.

PROUD

Promoting Representation, Openness and Understanding of Diversity

PROUD is a network that serves to support our LGBTQ+ employees and their allies.

PROUD, FMI’s Employee Resource Network (ERN) was founded on the basis of nurturing inclusivity and authenticity at FMI and fostering the importance of being your authentic self, both in and out of the office. While we can't celebrate together in person in 2019, having virtual celebrations offers us the unique chance to join celebrations in other cities and with people from around the globe. The PROUD leadership team has been working hard to plan and compile virtual Pride events hosted in Boston and beyond.

  • Attending First Event, one of the longest running conferences in the U.S. for transgender and gender expansive people and allies

  • Hosting OUTBio’s December networking event for LGBTQ+ professionals in the biotech/pharma space

IMPACT, which stands for Improving Multicultural Presence & Advocating for Community Transformation, is geared towards celebrating and advocating for communities of color. Sustain will focus on helping FMI evolve its sustainable business practices. We are thrilled to be adding these two organizations to our community.
