We are aware of fraudulent activities where individuals pose as Foundation Medicine representatives.
To protect yourself, only respond to email addresses that end in @FoundationMedicine.com. Emails from similar but non-official domains are fraudulent. Foundation Medicine does not make job offers without prior interviews, nor do we ask for payments of any kind. If you have encountered a job posting or have been approached with a job offer that you suspect may be fraudulent, we strongly recommend you do not respond and report it to ask.the.people.team@FoundationMedicine.com.
Our current job openings are displayed on the Careers section of our website.
Role Not on the Company Website: If you found a role on a job board or third party channel, always check on official company website to ensure that the job exists. It may be a fake job posting if it's not posted on the careers site.
Requests for money or confidential information: The job offer requires you to pay something. Never provide payment or give your bank details or confidential information like your social security number.
No prior contact or interview with the company: You receive an offer for a job you did not apply to or interview for.
Poor grammar and spelling: You notice badly written emails and be suspicious of any emails not coming from an official company domain like @FoundationMedicine.com.
Sense of urgency: You are pressured to accept an offer immediately.
If you suspect a scam or fake job posting, ignore it and do not respond.
